The importance of proper rest, exercise and nutrition is one of the key’s to keeping your liver toned and in optimal condition. A clean diet of mostly fresh raw fruits and vegetables can help a sluggish or fatty liver become healthy and alive again. A liver diet consists of liver cleansing foods, liver cleansing herbs, liver cleansing juices, liver cleansing teas and liver cleansing tonics. Eat lot’s of raw unprocessed uncooked whole organic fresh fruits and vegetables and stay away from fatty foods like processed and deep fried meats, sugar, dairy, chips, pop, butter, margarine, candy etc. Healthy meats include seafood like prawns, salmon, cod, shark, tuna, mackerel, sardines, anchovies, herring, and trout. They contain healthy oils that support optimal liver function.
